On Friday 11th May Stealth played host to an absolutely banging night, as Fairlight and Zleep combined for a big old party.
On this fine eve, Seth Troxler came to town. Fairlight hosted the upstairs room, with Seth supported by ourselves, Nick Cobby of Zleep infamy, Ellis & King of Surface and Pasquale & Yobema. Zleep were represented by Zleep DJs downstairs meaning two rooms of smooth groovers.
Our set started early doors so it was rather quiet, but not long after the people had arrived and it was John Rambo, the party had started. The crowd were quality all night; from Seth’s two hour session, Nick Cobby showing us what Zleep is all about and Ellis & King doing their thing, the boys all smashed it. We did the promo mix for the night which you can listen to here.
We will be playing the next Fairlight x Zleep x Wigflex on the 8th of June with amongst others Hot Creations head honcho Lee Foss, Danny Daze, Martyn, Ellis & King & Nick Cobby. This is not a party to be missed so get your tickets early!

We will also be playing a new night on the Nottingham scene, Gravity at the Canal House on May 25th. This night is being put on by our very own House Arrest residents Magic & O.G, so expect some smooth disco and chicago house. Joining us will be Ellis & King and Cal Lewis, who has been playing host to some of the best parties in Nottingham.
Tickets now available priced at £5 advanced and £6 on the door.
I have had the good fortune of working with Lick Magazine of late and I took the opportunity to interview Seth Troxler for the website. The interview will be in the soon to be published magazine, with the video on the website at www.lickmagazine.co.uk.
I then pulled the great escape and got a train at 9.30am to my dads wedding, nothing a few double gin and tonics didn’t sort out, so heres a tune for the old man.

![Oxford ball’s are always fun (I say this after experiencing 2 now!) but I would say that this event really exceeded expectations!
Having travelled down with headline act Fenech Soler in a rather questionable tour van with flames on the side we were received with open arms, champagne and little Yorkshire puddings with rare beef and horseradish…amazing :)
The music all night was good, with performances from Bastille and Fenech Soler bringing the night to a head…
…………………………………………………………………………………………………
Just thought i’d pick a couple of acoustic versions I like…
Course there was also a plethora of other amazing attractions including a Shisha tent with a little mad magician, a prop filled photo booth, chill out areas, a boat [to sit in a take photo’s and stuff]..and of course all free bars!
I also want to say thanks to all you Oxford lot for
a) Putting it on
b) Having us down
c) All looking amazing
Of course special thanks reserved for Shanna and Amy who had the pleasure of housing us all post ltr bottles of Gin and Smirnoff the day before finals start - Fair!

His most recent review is of the highly anticipated second album of Jamie Jones - Tracks from the Crypt. It’s definitely worth a read:
